The staff was outstandingly accommodating and the breakfast was large. The location couldn't be more particularly good and lovely on a hill. I randomly popped in Cafe Modern One serving some pastries, located just a short walk away from the hotel, it was nice.

The venue is exceptionally clean and reasonably spacious with friendly professional staff members. It has perfect and quiet location close to the beachfront and there's private parking. I greatly enjoyed this well-maintained and truly exceptional place, stayed there for 2 nights. I had the standard double room which was nice cosy and beautifully maintained with very comfortable bed with great pillows. Food was outstanding and I have nothing but really comfortable memories from this trip.

The hotel was in a magnificent and lovely position next to a 200 meter slope above Goodrington Sands, Goodrington Sands beach, and the harbour. The location was excellent and unbeatable, near to Near to beach, and Goodrington, in a quiet area. Also, it was positioned just a short walk away from tourist spot like a miniature golf course.

Thanks a lot for a quite comfortable stay for 8 nights. Everyone is nice and pleasant and owner too. The restaurant food is gorgeous, and the breakfast offered is delicious and very very good with views of the bay and perfect eggs-boiled, for instance. The hotel is on a great location so close to seafront and Godrington Park, Brixton and Torquay and Goodrington beach. Moreover, you can easily reach Roundham. Nothing too much trouble and I would want to stay there again.
